Can I order a gift and have you send it directly to the recipient?

Yes! In the shipping information, please provide details of where the parcel should go. We do not shipping product, price or payment information with the order. If you are concerned, you can email us too!

We aim to ship same day or next day but please let us know when you would like the recipient to receive their earrings and we will try our best to make it happen!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your goods have been shipped. Standard delivery does contain tracking information. We require proof of delivery for orders over €90 - this means that your parcel will have to be signed for so please keep an eye out.

What are your delivery options?

Different items have different options for delivery depending on the value and on your location. You will be given the different options on the checkout page. We regret that currently do not ship outside of Ireland. To enquire about international delivery options, please email us: info@hoopearrings.ie.

How do I return an item?

We regret that we cannot accept returns on any earrings (with the exception of diamond stud earrings). We offer a fully comprehensive description on each item to avoid any mistake purchases. For hygiene reasons, we cannot re-sell earrings that have been returned so please keep that in mind before purchasing. Any returns that have been approved will be refunded, less an €8 return fee and less the original cost of shipping the jewellery items to you. Please email info@hoopearrings.ie to learn more.

How can I get free shipping? 

We offer free tracked shipping anywhere in Ireland when you spend more than €99. Items under €99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of €6. Once you add more than €99 to your cart, the free shipping option will appear and you can use this while checking out your order. 

Do you provide International delivery?

We regret that due to new regulations in relation to duty and vat, we currently do not ship outside of Ireland.

What is my guarantee from HOOPS?

With the proper and necessary care, your hoops should last you a lifetime. Naturally, wire products are fragile and can bend out of shape and easily bend back into shape. Please handle your hoops with kindness.

Gold Vermeil Hoops (18ct Gold plated) earrings will lose their colour over time, we offer a re-plating service for €20 per item. Please arrange repairs with us by email.

Alternatively, your local jeweller should offer a plating service for fine jewellery.
